sorry for no update yet about how my consult with the spinal surgeon went on monday. i have been too frustrated, sad, and defeated to talk about it. honestly at this point i feel embarrassed; to be constantly stuck in limbo with no solid answers or relief about why i'm so broken

been handling another family mental health crisis situation on top of my health stuff, so my already very limited energy has been even more limited lately 🥲 sorry for more inactivity! 2 more weeks till i have my consult with the neurosurgeon at least 🤞
just kidding 🙂 they don't want to touch me until after i talk to the surgeon 🙂 waited almost 2 months for nothing 🙂 i get to spend yet another month in constant immense pain and barely be able to function 🙂
