California just finalized rules for CCS pipelines without distance requirements from communities. Oil companies just have to avoid building near them "as far as practicable" and, if they can't, provide regulators with "vapor dispersion" analyses & training for 1st responders. What could go wrong

A big step-up in wind generation is reducing gas further.
