My mindset the past few years with gaming has been “experience as many games as I can” which has slowly become “rush through games” which sort of misses the point of the hobby. My Xenoblade 2 playthrough will be long, drawn-out and I will love every second of it <3 expect my next game in a year lol

Btw there’s nothing wrong with wanting to experience as many games as possible, it’s just never proven as effective for me

Pokémon Crystal / Gen 2 was just so fucking good, dude. Lore with the Pokémon in the region is so cool, Lance has his Dragonite use Hyper Beam on a dude, going to Kanto again... Fighting RED!!! I just don't think it gets much more iconic for a full game, imo. It had so much aura.

Xenoblade 2 Switch 2 Edition is not unlocked for me yet, but I will be making a very irresponsible decision tomorrow 🫡
