Women are usually the ones who have dependents in their care, the ones who suffer harassment in the office, the ones who benefit most from remote work. Companies love to brag about how inclusive they are but they haven't stopped for a single second to think about these issues. It's a boys club.

Weird to know a few different friends going for the same senior narrative role and to watch the (very qualified) women be filtered out in the first round by in-office requirements. Knowing how doable remote narrative teams are, it’s hard to believe it’s not intentional.
