This morning in Biddeford, Maine, a 26-year-old man said goodbye to his wife and daughter and left for work. Moments later he was dead, shot in the head by ICE agents, the second man ICE has killed in six days. ICE is killing our neighbors. ICE cannot be reformed. Abolish ICE.

There’s a really comprehensive M.C. Escher exhibition at the Flint Institute of Arts through mid-September. Although most if not all of his greatest hits are included, this little fellow is my favorite piece.

Home just in time to see Bloodywood in Detroit tomorrow. Their shows are really joyful and sweet and worth going if you can (but the sound is terrible if you watch from the side of the stage).
