and lbr, viktor proposing to jayce at the wedding which is already such a big show of viktor's love for him would be the single most romantic thing to enter jayce's consciousness. even if he didnt have an engagement period or take part in any of his wedding planning, he wouldnt have it any other way
viktor is the kind of guy to spend two or three years slowly and methodically, and with the help of friends to more discreetly gather info, learning everything jayce imagines for his dream wedding and then set everything up for him as a surprise so jayce doesnt have to stress once about the big day
