painted another event poster for a friend!

the poster for AUTONOMOUS ZONE, a queer global majority open mic night. it takes place on Friday the fourth of September (4/9/2026) and is from 5:30-8pm. it's at Granby Winter Gardens, L8 2UW, a venue that is wheelchair accessible and has gender neutral toilets.

the graphics of the postal are watercolour painted and depict a stage with a purple brick wall behind it. spray painted on one half of the wall is the trans symbol (⚧️) in green and on the other is a wooden triangle upon which is mounted a black labrys axe. there is a microphone and stand on the stage. either side of it are curtains, painted to resemble the Roma flag on the left and the progress pride flag on the right. where the event information is listed is on a gradient from yellow to white to purple and the words "AUTONOMOUS ZONE" are written scratchily and are highlighted from in front and behind with purple and red acrylic paint pen over a muddy green/purple gradient background.
