A few weeks ago someone in the neighborhood was giving away a free lawn edger, and I finally got to try it out for the first time today. It worked great! Just as advertised, it took WAY longer to mow the lawn. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It ain’t gonna happen this week because tech week = dead Mae, but god dammit, I’m gonna get my ass back into making the comic again this month. My brain needs it. I’ve been in a dark place, and I realized that doing the comic helps to drag me out of it a little.

I’m up against it again, and could really use some help. I need to get our power bill paid in two days, and we’re already a little short on this month’s rent payment. Literally anything helps. ❤️ PayPal.me/MaeGodHaveMercy Cash.app/$MaeGodHaveMercy Venmo.com/u/MaeGodHaveMercy

Harper is more than a little happy with her birthday present - she pulled this and just about lost her entire shit. :D Side note: we have a 15-year old now!

OH THANK FUCK. Just got an email confirming that Parker was accepted into the free after-school program at his school. He could use the extra socialization… and I could use the quiet time. 😅

It’s so disheartening to waste hours of your day and have nothing to show for it. I contacted our local stained glass supplier to ask about the paints you need to get to fire it to the glass, and because he doesn’t keep it in the shop (since it doesn’t sell well) he was going to bring it from home.

The pitch for Star City: “So it’s For All Mankind, except instead of inspiring, it depresses you on a level you didn’t know was possible!” Don’t get me wrong. It’s SUPER well done, and I hope like hell it gets a season 2… but a realistic portrayal of life behind the iron curtain is OOOOOF.

Holy fuck, some of the special Star Trek M:TG cards look FUCKING AMAZING. Obviously I’m excited for any and all Star Trek, but the designs like these fucking RULE.
