just finished wax heads and ive been thinking the whole time i need music reccs after this because i wish so many of these fictional bands were real and the credits definitely delivered by having music reccs!!! excited to go through them tmmw (also wax heads was really good and sweet)

Also to put a point in this, it means a lot of us, to combat the crisis we're seeing in the industry for adaptations, we need to support efforts to move away from this machine. Support indie creators. Fund projects outside this system. Find other means and not get stuck in the same hamster wheel.

Y'all, I'm going to get this off my chest because I need people to understand that we're in a crisis of Black adaptations being picked up at all by Hollywood. I know this is a conversation that keeps coming up especially with the recent announcement of Children of Blood and Bone. 1/?
