Notably, senators Chuck Grassley & John Fetterman @fetterman.senate.gov recently introduced the CFTC Whistleblower Protection and Program Improvement Act of 2026 to improve the CFTC program, strengthening whistleblower safeguards and expediting their financial reward processing.
