I’ve got 3 broken needles cause of incorrect set up and had to redo the pressure foot 2 times because I only realized that the pressure foot was loosening after the 3rd 🤣🤣🤣

🙁I was looking forward to starting work on the 10th but there might be delays til the next week…. That’s 1 week loss of income. Usually the annual contract starts earlier so basically that’s 4 weeks of no pay compared to last year… might open comms after flamecon

It’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better

I told my streamer friend the funny bit about me going through accelerated TMS which is kinda like torture-lite to fix my depression and realized that I have more problems than just depression Undiagnosed adhd (now diagnosed):

I can’t even laugh because I have been diagnosed so I know it’s simply a symptom of a greater problem
I’m not exaggerating with this event, he was so pissed off on my behalf that my pay was so low he left his desk and got me my first real pay raise to match the promotion that was title only close 2 years after I was promoted to artist from graduate. The promotion had basicly no pay change.
Des Walsh@deswalsh.bsky.social · 2w agoIt eventually got up to like 26 ish but only cos a director I was working with at the studio for visibly disgusted when I told him how much I was making while being 50% of his art team for a game. He said nothing left and came back a hour later with news of a pay bump. I think of him often.
