Life-threatening crisis. Has to stay overnight. Going to cost me $3000+, so am having to dip into my savings because I just do not have the money in my bank account. Has to stay for 24 hours, and then we have to transfer him to another hospital because no doctor will be available tomorrow night.

I’m having a particularly bad night. I’m laying here in bed, but I’m too anxious and scared to sleep. But… Even when he’s asleep, he can feel it and wants to make it better. “I swear I’d burn this city down to show you the light.”
