One of my favorite programs on YouTube is "Fridays with Frank". Frank Sloup. He is a sheriff that arrests dumb people and explains the exact statutes/laws they are violating, etc. He even has bingo cards with things that they always say like "I'm not resisting " or, "these handcuffs hurt"!
