I started my first day of training at a gym and I am beat. I started with Core Stability for an hour today and, afterwards, I cam tell I need this. My arms and legs are jello. Here's to the beginning of my year of personal training at the gym 💪

The American people electing Trump after he staged a coup attempt 5 years ago was a nail in the coffin of our democracy. You can rationalize it all you want - But inflation! But wokeness! - but ultimately it was a societal suicide attempt and probably the dumbest collective voting decision ever made

Never forget that no matter how old you get you will always continue to learn things about yourself that you used to take for granted or misunderstood. Layers can come off and you can reveal things that will "enlighten" you to yourself. I'm 40 years old and discovered neuro diversity (stage 1).

FYI: The reason you have to pay for school supplies is because GOP-dominated states have defunded public schools. Your taxes are going to pay for tax cuts to the wealthy, while your local school has to beg for supplies.

Watched #Eddington tonight. That is the culmination of everything that's been wrong with us summed up in a movie since 2020. Not going to be for everyone, but I enjoyed the message Ari Aster was conveying here. It had some real levels of dark humor.

I am today years old when I realized that the phrase, "When you assume you make an ass out of you and me" is using that very word's letters as the joke. I always thought it was some silly joke that didn't have a connection to the word directly. I definitely feel dense after realizing this one haha
