Das Geheimdienstgesetz war eigentlich ein Geschenk an alle in DE, die für mehr Vorsicht in der Forschungskooperation mit China plädieren. Es verschriftlicht nur gängige Praxis - der chinesische Parteistaat braucht es nicht um Zusammenarbeit einzufordern. Aber in DE hilft der Bezug auf Paragraphen.
