No! Only study sections already announced in the federal register have resumed. Nothing has been posted by the NIH to the federal register since Jan 21. I am finding it wild how many professors don't know this. Please spread this info to your Universities!

How do people feel about this new idea/method of citing previous literature? ‘Embedding’ a piece of an article rather than putting in a citation to the whole thing seems like it could have pluses and minuses.
