We welcome the Government’s call for evidence on the professions and roles which will in future be allowed to describe themselves as 'nurses'. We have long called for the title of ‘nurse’ to be protected in law. This will be achieved through long-awaited changes to modernise our legislation.
🆕 | As the Westminster government moves towards making it a criminal offence for unqualified people to use the title 'nurse', they are now calling for evidence on the list of professions and roles that should be permitted to describe themselves as nurses. Read our full response ⬇️
