On Monday, the governor ordered the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas to audit all data centers wanting to connect to the state’s power grid.

Marc Elias@marcelias.bsky.social · 15h agoNotice DOJ doesn't talk about its efforts to obtain state voter files anymore. They are 0-20 in those cases and today is the beginning of the quiet period -- states can no longer do systematic removals of names from the voter rolls. TLDR: We won!🥳
Never forget: republicans not only sold their souls, they sold out the country, the rule of law and your freedom. It’s their job to rein him in. They chose not to.
