I wonder if I should start submitting my papers to physics.pop-ph instead of quant-ph in order to have fewer competing papers in the same arXiv subcategory. Only two entries during the past week!

it seems that the QI community has already decided on the new rules: 1) buy the most expensive model of ChatGPT 2) feed it your favorite open research question / conjecture 3) have it find the solution for you and possibly even write the paper 4) post the result to the arXiv with your name on it

We as a community would have been much more at peace with the present situation if it would have been quantum computers solving all of the open problems in quantum information theory, rather than large language models

goodness, I have never seen a more professional proof editing system than that offered by the Royal Society. I think I am in love and will now send all my papers to Proc. Royal Soc. A.
