this is literally what I do for a living and it's called "blameless root cause" where you identify everything that went wrong without assigning blame to any one person in particular. the NTSB really went all in on this and it's one of the reasons airplane travel is/(was?) so safe in the US.

So my living situation is incredibly dire with loss of a room mate who was abusing me and the sudden court proceedings I'm needing to take to find a safe place to live. I don't know if I'll be housed in the coming days and am already not eating consistent meals. Please help!!! gofund.me/f826faff6

I did art before bed! I just perfectly surgery'd this together, and I am SO fucking jazzed. I also entirely re-UV'd everything to match the bangs and modified the geometry, added new blendshapes for hiding stuff, etc. Like, I did way too much, but I like this A LOT more now.

Can I just say, my favourite composer is Jesper Kyd. One of my favourite games growing up (despite my age) was Hitman: Codename 47, and there's something about the OST that just brings me a measure of calm and peace. It's nostalgic, sure, but there's something more. It's calculated and measured.
