Kann man in der Öffentlichkeit nicht das Handy/Smartphone (etc) so nutzen, dass man nicht die Umgebung an dem akustischen Unfall teilhaben lässt? Anrufe nicht über Lautsprecher, Videos und Musik über Kopfhörer und so weiter Bin bestimmt nicht die einzige Person, die die Endgerätknigge stört.
