I attended a press event. 100s of people in a room looking at product launches. Tiktok flagged it as sponsored content. It's not. Access is what I got. My annoyance stems from how over-zealous that system is versus non existent content moderation involving racism, homophobia etc.

I agree with the proposals around scooters. But don't think for a second that the people causing problems with them will be deterred by registration and tax. It's the people already obeying rules that will pay. Unless enforcement ramps up. Nothing changes.

It's absolutely stunning to see how quickly momentum is growing behind electric scooter ban talk. The same people in power utterly useless when it comes to vapes etc. The big question I have, what about the people who bought electric scooters legally after the government legislated for them?

Please refrain from saying you're sarcastically delighted for McGregor today. On some level he's over the moon with his wedge if cash and less than 2 minutes work. I just hope on some level he actually thought he was going to do something and he's crushed his soul over a pair of slides.

SOAD in Dusseldorf can be described as a all time great, but... Organisers are under fire. While I had zero issues really I could see everywhere it was falling apart. Because I didn't drive took a ubahn and didn't mind skipping a beer - I had a great time.

First experience of new Aer Lingus power bank rules today. Use of power banks to charge devices prohibited. Charging power banks prohibited. Storage of bags containing a power bank in the overhead prohibited. Power banks should be stored in the seat pocket in front of you.

So I agree. If you buy from Temu you are complicit in exploitation of some sort. Same as if you buy chocolate or big brand instant coffee. However I needed a ramp for a robo mower and the only place that had it was Temu. Absolute positions are destroying us.

I just broke one of my main rules of never asking celebrities for a selfie. I think it's super cringe. But by God he's absolutely lovely. It was brief but he's really friendly and he wasn't swarmed. Happily taking pictures for one or two people in the street. Absolute gent.
