I've written a whole bunch of postcards on my recent trips and it's been genuinely fun and also slight puzzling to see all the responses I've gotten from folks receiving them. It's usually a photo of the card, sometimes receivers included, together with a thank you note.

Proper tomato harvest today, Black Russian and Cœur de bœuf. Last couple of hot days have done magic in the greenhouse. Going to be a feast.

Harvest season continues. Zucchinis are growing well this year (though some of the blossoms have also fallen prey to the weeks of rain), tomatoes are ripening nicely, albeit taking on too much water:

First season (this is our fifth season growing veg overall) that we've been successful growing cauliflower. Going straight to the oven for dinner tonight!

Wrote a lil' something about how meetings take on a life of their own in many organisations, whether they're useful/productive or not, and what can be done to fix it. Founders and executives take note!

Had a splendid time in London last week at @leaddev.com's LDX3 event. @saralouhicks.com and I got to give a joint talk in front of 900 people. We had a stockpile of books to get into people's hands and sign them. And we visited and appreciate our book on shelf at Dussmann in Berlin!
