Eating ugly frogs with Codex is insanely fast 🚀. 6 months ago, I had a designer redesign the pricewell.com app shell. I've had a go at implementing the design within my existing framework but never found enough time or motivation to have a proper go at it. Here's my workflow👇🏻
Just codex cli and I implementing a redesign while waiting for the @bubble event in London today
Being a developer on a large codebase is a constant battle of explaining why a "little change" is actually a lot more complex than expected. Some musings on tech debt that have been swimming in my mind...
Q: Are your customers struggling to change their address? A: Give them more "Continue" buttons! Fantastic UX here from B&Q. </sarcasm>

Startup idea 💡 Collab with DHL and other lockers to offer their unused space as storage. Trying to store a bag in a European city is a nightmare even with a startups that offer space in a corner shop (often closed on a Sunday for example).
App idea 💡 Route planner that tells you the weather for each day on your trip. Morecase is sooo close but it presumes I'll continually move from point to point.
Developers as Sales Agents B2B sales relies on strong networks. Developers often have these networks from past roles and meetups. Salespeople have ZERO network as they don't come from tech industry. How can we leverage developers' networks for sales?
Has Google's AI suggestions impacted SEO? I feel like I click fewer links after searching a question as often the AI answers my question. I think this can have a good impact on search results as there is no longer a place for larger articles that take ages to answer a simple Q
We were in Málaga for the nationwide blackout yesterday. The response was exemplary. No traffic chaos, police worked through the night at busy crossings. The metro was shut down but buses carried on as normal. The market was going, cash only.

My workflow as an indie hacker using AI 1. Have idea 2. Prototype idea using Cursor 3. Test working prototype 4. Never ship it 5. See step 1.
Even a senior developer can 100x dev time by harnessing AI. From idea to working prototype in 30 minutes 🔥 Using: - v0 - Cursor Agents - 15 years of dev knowledge (a lot of people forget this one)
$9 customer: What is your privacy policy. How do I know my data is stored securely. I see you are solo, what happens if you get hit by a bus? Can I get a discount, you pricing is too steep. $499 customer: No problem, payment sent.
Downloaded all my tweets so I can keep my data away from Elon. Pleased to find out I've always been hilarious.
