It's not a "reasonable centrist argument" to say that protecting Trans people will cause Democrats to lose because they are a tiny percentage of the population. That's just straight-up fascism trying to sound politely pragmatic. Protecting the most vulnerable is the only way to defeat fascism.

Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company is suing Minnesota over a first-in-the-nation law banning technology that allows users to create and post deepfake videos or images of people naked without their consent.

Private prisons have nothing to do with justice or rehabilitation. Private prisons are human trafficking operations. They make more money when people commit crimes. They profit when poverty is criminalized. They have a financial incentive to NOT rehabilitate criminals.

Opening a Google News feed about Mitch McConnell, I had to scroll past almost 50 headlines that unquestioningly parroted bullshit about him being in rehab and unable to return to work. I was deep into the 5th page of results before any headlines began to question it. Our media is 100% complicit.

Every last fossil fuel exec, business leader, and politician who has spread disinformation and actively impeded action on climate change needs to be arrested, executed for mass murder, and 100% of their assets seized.

100% Trump explicitly ordered this assassination. He is either bombing civilians because he gets off on killing innocent people, or he is being bribed by a rival cartel to take out the competition, but there is no way that he is ordering these strikes to combat illegal drugs.
