You're getting paid a lot more than most blue collar jobs but that's a trick of time and social engineering. Eventually you either figure out how to understand yourself as normal labor with all the concern therein or your body and/or mind gets broken just like other people's.
Honestly the world would be a substantially better place if tech people realized that sitting at a keyboard writing code is fundamentally a blue collar job and you are basically at the same place as a plumber but with none of the job protections or health considerations b/c you think you're special.
