my kids are f'in brilliant, both of them. my oldest has been thru fire these past few years, but he got thru and now is set to fly free, away from this stupid state. here is a paper plate assignment he did for english, on how his future is gonna be so much less cursed than hamlet's.

The one time I got to go to AWP it was because AWP came to us right as things were shutting down for COVID…and the local writers’ org was fire enough to get a bunch of comped registrations for local writers…I probably shouldn’t have risked it but wanted to go SO BAD…

FEBRUARY 7. Complete standstill. Unending torments.
