Something unprecedented happened during my visit to the Gulf. For the first time in 20 years in Congress, I was denied entry to U.S. military facilities and even meetings with military leaders. An order from Hegseth - that applies to both parties - to hide the cost of the war.

Please stop overestimating what a democratic Congress can do. The oligarchs are spending money to make you think a Dem Congress can arrest people and hold trials and pass laws without a POTUS signature so that you’ll be disappointed when they don’t do stuff they can’t do. Don’t fall for it.

I think “so help me God” isn’t cutting it anymore as the Constitutional oath’s weight of consequence. Until now it has served its purpose very well. A notable instance is Sen. Mitt Romney’s speech about his vote for Impeaching DJT. Not everyone is religious or even spiritual. #constitution

One in three said the mega-bill had hurt their bottom line. Just 8% said it had helped.
