I don't even know what to say dude. Max G has been one of my favorite animators and biggest inspirations and it is utterly incomprehensible to me to hear news like this. This is not "assisted euthanasia", this is suicide. And anyone acting like this is okay is fucking insane.

The amount of people going "It's sad but it's ultimately his choice" pisses me the fuck off actually. That kinda shit is no different from telling a friend "I'm sad you plan to jump off a bridge but it's your choice" like what are we fucking doing here???????

As much as I dislike Al and am happy that most people share that opinion, I think we could do a better job at not jumping to the worst conclusions in cases like this unless it is 100% confirmed by the creator themselves (ie Jorge Gutierrez). It's ultimately artists being harmed when that happens.
