Adding to this, I think this is why his conflict with Macaque is so interesting, because it isn't a one-sided victim-murderer situation, it's a "two extremely selfish people have extremely fucked up approaches towards relationships and, god save us all, they WILL blame e/o for the fucked-up-ness"

Unfortunately an apparently controversial opinion to have but I like it when WuKong is an unabashed piece of shit. Like my mans went on that journey for a REASON he was committing every crime and character flaw in existence like it's an Olympic sports, and bad habits — unfortunately — die hard.
I think if I had to rank my fav Monkie Kid Seasons it’d go 1) Season 3 2) Season 5 3) Season 4 4) Season 1 5) Season 2 If it weren’t for LEGO being pussies Season 5 would have *easily* been my favorite though, I think it has the best writing out of all the seasons
