Republicans have to believe that either Max Miller is lying and despicable or Bernie Moreno is lying and despicable. It’s a binary choice based on what they both said today. Both cannot be telling the truth. The senator is making false accusations or the congressman is an abuser.

The Acacia Center for Justice, which holds that contract, told me yesterday they have not seen a plan to replace it.
