Delirium is very common, affecting about 1 in 4 older people in the hospital. Yet many members of the public have never heard of it or don't link it to a medical condition. Professionals should always use the term "delirium" & provide clear explanations.

Trump went from making insane genocidal threats this morning to hyping the “golden age” of Iran hours later, and he received no concessions in between. He’s an absolute basket case who needs to be removed from power before he follows through on one of his mass murder fantasies.
Add to this the *at least* 1,722 healthcare workers killed in Gaza since October 7th. There's so much in this world we cannot stand for. We categorically cannot stand for these repeated, heinous war crimes.
