TW: SA I decided to come forward about this for two reasons: For the sake of my mental health, I have been living with trauma and anguish for several years.And as a warning. In December of 2022 I was dating a V-tuber named Torakai, now known as Behrkai. He invited me to spend Christmas with him at his home. I visited him for two weeks starting on the 22nd of December and flew home on the 3rd of January 2023. He sexually assaulted me repeatedly during my stay. My vacation was spent; cooking, cleaning, and being assaulted. I didn’t leave because, frankly, I couldn’t; I was in foreign country. I didn’t speak the language, I didn’t have resources, and we were snowed in. I have never felt so betrayed in my life, for the rest of my stay I lived in fear, shame, anger, and depression. It consumes me to this very day. My mind had repressed these memories for a time. It felt like it was all over until. Unfortunately I had no idea what was to come. During a routine medical examination my doctor diagnosed me with HSV-2. Behrkai was my first and only partner. I was confronted with the reality of what had happened to me. So I want to come forward in hopes of protecting people in this community. Tw: SA Unless there are any medical breakthroughs, I will carry this burden until I die. I will do my due diligence and disclose my condition to any romantic partner I hope to have a future with. Unlike Behrkai- I will not take away someone’s right to choose. My hope is that this post will grant me the closure I need so I can move on with my life and heal. To be able to love again. I tried to contact the police when I was in America. They never returned my calls. It was an international issue and date rape is seen by many as a “nonissue”. So much time had passed I simply gave up waiting for justice that wouldn’t come. So I’ve taken my fate into my own hands. This is my closure. I thought he was my soulmate. It may have been seen as naive, but love can do that to you. Please don’t be afraid to verify the facts with your potential partners. For your safety. Please do not attack anyone because of this post. I did this because I needed to lighten my mental load and hopefully protect people in my community.
