Rejected by Unbound, not stocked in any bookshops like Waterstones, not reviewed anywhere, apart from on Amazon and Goodreads, not stocked in any public libraries, not stocked in any university German departments because it's self-published, yet it keeps on selling. Roll on 800 copies.
