This is some of the best football I’ve ever seen Boro play. If you’re not enjoying this, follow another team. We’re a danger with the ball, on the break and everyone knows their roles and where their teammates are. Yeah, we could be tighter at the back BUT DRINK THIS TEAM IN AND SMILE.
That’s the one. A threat on the break all second half. We look dangerous with and without the ball these days. A brilliant team performance. WE ARE A JOY TO WATCH.
Another one Vitek should have saved there? Just got a bit passive in the last minute there. Aside from that - WHAT A PERFORMANCE. 20 shots? Should have had 6… Get another one and kill this.
Probably an own goal but Malanda has been EXCEPTIONAL. Watch his forward passing and his reading of the game. Watch his strength and his first touch. He deserved a goal there. OUTSTANDING stuff.
Watching the forward line buzzing about while the back four have it and wait for the right pass is great to see. Would love a second. Some of the progressive passing has been brilliant.

Can’t deny that finish, but absolutely no way we should be behind in this. Cardiff living on blocks and lucky deflections in their own box and scored with both their efforts on target. There’ll be half time changes. Borges, Cozier-Duberry, Morris all with chances either scuffed, blocked or saved.
Phillips having quite a slack game here, but Morris, Borges and Vitek all at fault for the goal. We are creating plenty of chances - Conway and Cozier-Duberry both getting into great positions. Should be level.
Little bit of slack defending and poor goalkeeping there. Especially as we’ve created 3-4 very good chances.
Very lively start - decent openings down the right already - one excellent clearance and a very presentable chance for Borges (goal machine) too.
Apparently we warmed up in a back three so expecting rampaging Brittain to score at least two worldies.
Don’t mind it - we know exactly how Cardiff will play and this feels like a pressing unit up front.

Basically just a conveyor belt of investigations at this point. That’s without the defections, the lack of attendance and the people who’ve simply just quit. Not a serious party and no real solutions.

I suppose there’ll come a time where the goals we concede won’t be avoidable but we did not stop picking passes and bursting past players all night, even with the subs. Morris and Brittain especially always looked to take a player out by bursting past. A really good three points in any season #utb
