When billionaires conspire with fascists to capture media outlets, the impact on journalism isn't always obvious. In this case, we know about a story that CBS killed. In many cases, we never find out what they don't want us to know.

One more interesting point: this spring I sat down with Sharyn Alfonsi of 60 Minutes for an extensive interview about my Epstein investigation. Subsequently, CBS pulled the segment and fired the reporter. The MAGA buyout of media has unquestionably aided the Trump administration’s cover up here.

I have been called an alarmist and worse by well meaning people who want to think it will just all be ok. The truth is it doesn't always end up ok and we can't pretend it will. Donald Trump is targeting Black voters and women to rig this election. We need to stand up, call it out and take action.
