Minnesota/Minneapolis citizens won. ICE is declaring victory and leaving with their tail between their legs. The icing on the cake would be the citizens winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

Seeing the frequent use by ICE of chemical weapons, I'm wondering if it would help to bring battery-operated leaf blowers to these encounters to blow the chemicals back at ICE.
