Scott Bessent, the criminal at treasury, pumped the market right before the open so that he and his follow criminals could dump their stock at the highs. 
Scott Bessent is a hedge fund manager and has no business being at treasury. We all know what scumbags hedge fund managers are. He is manipulating the markets and the small investor will be the one who pays the price. 
Market manipulation at its worst. Bessent saying a Hormuz deal “could” come today or tomorrow. Never a deal is in place and confirmed by both sides.
