Three small bundles of comic book "ashcans," shipped in three different boxes each capable of holding dozens of these bundles, each stuffed full of paper packing material. There has to be a way for Penguin Random House to ship these things more efficiently.

Was going to put something in this post I'm writing specifically to poke at The Vince Colletta Defender, but realized that was the *only* reason I was putting it in, so I took it out. In case you're wondering if I've matured as a comics blogger over the last near quarter-century.

THE CURRENT BLOG PLAN: apparently it'll be best to create a "staging area," a non-public duplicate of my blog upon which to test updated themes an' such. There's a Wordpress plug-in that'll do that for you, so hopefully it'll work and not completely destroy my site in the process.
