Since a BL author just got harassed off Twitter for being “problematic”, while her manga’s been praised, and her art was used as cutesy template for OCs for years. I’d like to remind that Heartstopper author also called Japanese BL ‘sexual and problematic’ while using them as inspiration themselves.

Syundei (Go For it, Nakamura creator) just deleted their twt account bc of harassment. Those who witch hunt & dogpile a creator bc they love moral policing ""problematic"" fiction while ignoring that there's an actual person behind the work are my enemies. I still can’t figure out a way to do base color without too much overflow nor taking too much time. Lasso and bucket tool are great but hand-paint gives more texture especially when you do underpainting. Is the nature of doing base color being tedious, or is my attention span too short? 😭
