Welp. I’ve finished ARR…Kinda. Apparently I have a few more patch/expansion stuffs to do. And then onwards to heavensward, I suppose. I feel a bit bittersweet about it. I know I shouldn’t, I have so much left to go! But my goodness! What a journey I’ve had so far!!

Sometimes you just need a bit of peace…and the best way to achieve it is by silencing the stinky dragon girl who keeps splashing you, as you’re trying to float 😌😇

Gods I’ve not updated this in forever! Anyway, Momo has had some new adventures, she’s now a level 50 monk, and just entered the lottery for housing for the first time! Much excited! I also figured out a summer glam (pics of that to come) and (if I do say so myself) she’s looking hot!! 😈

Not FFXIV related, but my partner and I finally got married in stardew! Before we officially dated, we played stardew together as I was too anxious to go on a first date, and stardew was the only game we had in common at the time 🥰🍓💜

I haven’t updated in a little bit. Burn out and depression have kinda kicked my ass…I have been playing FFXIV but not as much, which is a shame. But I’m hoping for a decent couple of hours tonight. Preferably in a cold dark room. 🙃

Welp. Just had my first cry in FFXIV…my partner was a little surprised. But in my defence, I’d grown attached to noraxia 🥲

It’s been a busy few days! Both IRL and in game. Finally got my jobstones! Summoner and Monk 🥰 unlocked my chocobo and being carried around by my loving future in game wife 😌 it’s been pretty great though! Also discovered a little tracker thing!!

I did the ifrit battle. For the first time. Took 6 attempts. But I did it!! If I never see him again, I’ll be a happy lady…unfortunately this is FFXIV and I’ll have to do worse later on down the line, I just know it 🙃

I spent most of today sat playing FFXIV. Levelled up my pugalist, visited the gold saucer, joined the fisherman’s guild…and of course, more cute pictures with my love 💜 it’s been kinda fun!

Also? One of my favourite things about being a new player keeps happening. My boyfriend and his best friend: running shit that’s like “yeah, we’re fighting a god” Me: running around struggling to target things “…I have to kill three dodos.”

So, I’ve been playing FFXIV for about a week now. Total playtime around 26-28 hours (I’ll have to check when I log in). Took cute pictures with my partner, levelled my archanist up to 26. And decided to try pugalist. I’m no longer bound by free trial…I’m having a lot of fun! 🥰

I had fifteen minutes between patients, decided to nip into the shop for a drink, and found these! Much excitement!! Gonna try them out with my future husband later 🥰🍓

I love videos like this…before I finally plucked up the nerve to download XIV, I’d play lofi of other final fantasy games to help me sleep.

I know nobody is going to read this. But I’m going to start documenting my journey in FFXIV. I’m five days in. I’m an arcanist and I’m currently level 22. My biggest lesson? Jackals suck. So do kobolds 🙃
