Finally, nearly 2 weeks after becoming sick, I have my cyclospora results. Positive! Happy to be a part of the new +1,000 cases today in Michigan. Misery loves company, and I'm sure we've all been waiting for this.
I’m not dead but I’ve lost over a week of work from this. And I still am awaiting my test results because the lab is backed up (recently told it’s a 10-15 day wait for results). Wherever I ate, it was NOT Taco Bell, and that restaurant is staying very quiet. It may be lettuce and other produce.

Social media and being chronically online can encourage so much black and white thinking. I am often surprised when I encounter it face-to-face. It often just inspires a spiral of negativity. I'm working on not letting myself drift into that spiral.
