I went a bit out my comfort zone and gradient with paint rather than pastels in some areas, but I couldn't be happier with the results!
Well I avoided sewing all these so might as well sign up for more meticulous pain by painting every feather! I tried an alcohol marker first but the sheen looked corny so using an AK Playmarker gave a nice matte opacity 👍 Time to zone out and finish these ...
