I use chatgpt without an account for doc lookup and small building blocks sometimes (when i cannot remember the syntax). I am programming very little nowadays so I'd rather write it myself because I find this agentic stuff highly boring 🥱
#GTA6 looks really good. Little disappointed by not exactly showing all the potential new game mechanics (but if u played RDR2 u wouldn’t be surprised) but still the feeling, music and game overall is something. Was kinda sceptic Now I’m little pumped up

What's best (price & power) LLM for development work - Claude Code (Pro / Max) - Open Code with local LLM (I've got M2 Max with 64Gb RAM) - Open Code with Zen / other models package ? - Codex? - Pay as use in Open Code / Open Router ?
I'd rather use it as a code tool. I'm already using @raycast.com AI as my daily driver for standard work and brainstorming, so I'd rather think about the best tool for agentic coding—either the most powerful or the cheapest possible Happy for opinions, discussions, your thoughts 🙏🏻 Thanks for any RT

Zed is configured. Looks and feels good, during development will have a more configuration ready per LSP. ✅

Update Moving to Zed. I really wanted to get into full terminal config on the freshly cleanup Mac, but unfortunately with my muscle memory and habits it's nearly impossible to start LazyVim after years of Codium-based editors. Zed is a good choice to start something new, I guess

Not gonna lie - in terms of writing something simple for my own, private needs, the AI is pure gold. I've never written single line in lua, but that's a fundamental language in lazy vim config. I'm just writing down what I need in my vim config and got ready config files for my lazy vim config

I really wanted to get into pure terminal tools configuration to the point where, if someone threw my computer out of a window, I would be able to restore everything using only my dotfiles. But god damn, 6 minutes into LazyVim tutorial and already thinking about moving to Zen. 🤣

I think many people underestimate how using Claude Code (or anything else) is a great way for learning a new things. Like, creating Terraform arch is cool, but right now it's much easier to understand each element and each implementation step Of course having docs still open next to you 🤓
