Sighted users often use bold or large fonts to create the appearance of headings in documents. People using screen readers have no way of understanding these visual cues. Use heading styles from the styles menu to correctly format headings.

in a working group, one person used genAI to create a document and they were surprised when I said I was uncomfortable with that. I’ve forced the group into a broader discussion around consent because I do no consent to AI touching my contributions and it’s kind of broken peoples’ brains lol
