Still feels a tad surreal but I am so excited to share that I have been awarded a Research Fellowship from The Leverhulme Trust for my new project, “Prefiguring a legal nightmare: How can facial recognition affect queer refugees?” This grant will fund my research and writing time for 13 months.

Last Friday, Dr James Brown was the first speaker in the MLS seminar series at the Civil Justice Centre in Manchester. Each month, MLS members present research to the judiciary, practitioners, and legal professionals. His presentation was titled ‘Negligence Liability for Sports-Related Concussion’.
