If the Spurs want to extend the series here are a few things I think they need to focus on besides the obvious get more paint touches. 1. On offense they need to run more double layered actions, whole second half was very single layered and they took a lot of quick shots.

Just finished my game four rewatch on the flight home, besides the obvious errors, the Spurs went to a lot of hi PnRs with Fox and Wemby got no real paint touches. Well defended. Went away from double drags, 54, and some Spain. They were very single action focused.

It's sad that the narrative of game three is all about calls and not what actually happened on the court. The Spurs got Wemby more opportunities closer to the paint. The Knicks offense had little to no ball movement, didn't put the Spurs defense in rotation the way they did in games 1 and 2.

Wemby's first three buckets were all at the rim, first one was off 54, Spurs got two paint attacks leading to the lob. Second was off a double drag, Knicks switch OG onto him but he gets sealed off. Third one, high trap on Castle he just lobs it up to the 9 foot guy!

Last night’s game was off the charts incredible. I’m blown away by KAT’s play throughout the playoffs but especially these past two games. He’s taken it to Wemby offensively and has him so confused on the defensive side. KAT’s my finals MVP after two games.
