This morning at Hancock High, seniors headed to the floor of the gym to receive their caps and gowns, each from a teacher they had chosen. Stacy Campbell waited there, holding her student Israel Makoka's cap and gown. But he wouldn't come. He and his brother, Max, 15, had been taken by ICE.
