We have a very random family tradition when my uncle buys a lottery ticket for each of us every Christmas… wish me luck cuz if I win, I’m quitting my job & become a full time artist the very next day cuz that’s basically the only way I could ever do that 💀 (ofc none of us ever won anything 🤡🤣)

Finally worked some more on this Cezhou piece 😭 I’ve had a really tough art block since October. Completing 2 volumes of official work, while maintaining a day job must have drained me so I was scared I was going to take much longer to recover. Now I’m enjoying drawing again 🫶 🥲 #qjj #cezhou #wip

HEY YOU, BLUESKY USER Do you like art on the site? Then you'd better go give the site's moderators a piece of your mind, because they're looking to instate guidelines on October 15th that *massively* censor art on this platform. Make noise in the comments, submit feedback forms on their site, go.

“Thus, when Xiao Chiye returned, he would take Shen Zechuan in his arms, face-to-face, and sit against the wall so Shen Zechuan could rest his head on Xiao Chiye’s chest or shoulder. Each time Shen Zechuan felt nauseous, Xiao Chiye rubbed a soothing hand over his back.” #qjj #cezhou

It’s raining now & temperature dropped quite a bit & I’m so not ready to let go of summer 😭 especially cuz I spent most of it at work & in front of my laptop at home as well ahahaha when can I move to somewhere with warmer climate 😩

What adulthood really taught me I think is that time is the most valuable asset. Even during those rare times when I had jobs where I made decent money, the lack of time & energy to create felt heavier than anything else. It’s unfortunate that time and money are so tightly connected to each other.
