Strong chance Adelaide goes LalaBastion based not exclusively, but in large part on all the memes haha Returning to reaper is the strong second place contender. But with Evolved mode, the possibilities are wide open! WoL Adelaide is a serial soulstone gummies eater so it's a roll of the dice.

#wolqotd | #wolquestion What is your WoL's Evercold class? Are they being a new class, or returning to an old one? Are you waiting for more details about the new ranged and the new class system? Will it change between normal and post-game content (extremes, raids, etc)?

Two Enshroud design wips from stream for an Ahriman and a Page 64, respectively! The Ahriman one is coming along pretty well, I think! Some kind of harrier imp. The Page one has some promise but I think still needs some more refinement. Maybe forgoes the scythe and uses paper familiars?

Tonight! It's Nova Artstream Monday! But wait a minute... it's not a Monday... and I'm not Nova! I'm designing more potential Enshrouds for my ffxiv lala! Come relax and chat as I inject the power of The Void(tm) into my Lalafell's veins at twitch.tv/MordioAndNova (light body horror warning)

A titlecard for Nova's drawing stream that has been hastily edited over. Mordio's pointing chibi has been added over Nova's face, The "Drawing with Nova" sign has a "Mordio" piece hanging in front of Nova's name that's begun to fall. There's a speech bubble from Mordio that reads "Enshrouding my lalafell". Said lalafell is scattered around the screen

I've wanted to make some different potential Enshroud forms for my #lalafell Adelaide when she's on Reaper! But to do that, I had to start with when she's not Enshrouded. (reposting these as separate posts in a thread so that only the body horror one needs an extra click)

An image showing several design concepts for a player character reaper in Final Fantasy XIV. The character is Adelaide Adelier, the lalafell played by the OP, Mordio Crow. There is a good amount of text and images, transcribed below. Enshroud Design Concepts for Adelaide Adelier My lalafell goes through her edgelord/chuuni arc in her mid/late 20s, Stars in StB, gets full force in ShB and EW, then she chills the heck out again in DT. All of her knowledge from being a nerd/mage in ARR/HW combines with being a WoL to make her smug, confident, cocky, and rude. Unfortunately for those around her, she's often the only/best person to handle threats and she knows it too. Still heroic, but in a "I'm doing it because no one else can" sort of way. Base outfit inspired by: Classical War Scythe, Mythril Spectacles, High Allagan Earrings of Fending, Pantheon Corselet of Maiming, Southern Seas Skirt, Ravel Keeper's Sandals of Aiming, and Optional bunny ears for when she's being extra smarmy or to add some whimsy. A drawing of bunny ears is added to the final line above. A doodle of Adelaide, a purple haired, dark skinned lalafell with lavender eyes and big gold glasses is on the right of the above text. Her hair has two little poofy twintails, and she wears gold earrings. Her outfit is black cloth with gold accents and gold colored armor on her arms. She has some dark arrow tattoos on her legs and black sandals.

I've wanted to make some different potential Enshroud forms for my #lalafell Adelaide when she's on Reaper! I had lots of fun making these two and want to do more (Ahriman and a Page especially)! Marked as graphic for body horror in mimic Enshroud, though I think that's the better one so far!

I wrote about this for a FFXIVWrite free day! My Adelaide confessed to Nova's Nemo first! She was a ball of anxiety the whole leadup and Nemo's answer was very... him. Poor girl had awful timing, but she didn't know it at the time! You can read it here! archiveofourown.org/works/928330...

#wolqotd ship question. For those with WoLships, who was it that said "I love you" first? Who took the emotional step of saying their feelings first? How'd it go?

Mordio Crow@mordiocrow.bsky.social · 7d ago

I'm actively in the middle of doing it this ffxivwrite! Up through StB, I originally pictured Adelaide as "a WoL" (and a weaker one at that) not "The WoL", but in later expacs I felt that had to shift due to MSQ. So, I'm rewriting her ARR self to start in the same place, but become more heroic!

#wolqotd Have you ever thought about rewriting your WoL/OC whole backstory/lore? Did you do it? Or what stopped you?
